- When you submit an application
- Takes less than 20 minutes. Most applications are completed in under 10 minutes.
- Do NOT rush through your application.
- Slow down, and read through the questions carefully.
- Most declines are a result of rushing through the application and making a mistake.
- If you are not the legal guardian of the child, you are not permitted to submit an application for that child. You will be declined and forfeit future use of the program.
- Get your Qualifying documents ready now, don't wait.
- Locate your child's qualifying document now and have it ready when it is time to apply.

- If you do not provide the correct documentation in your application, you will get declined and have to reapply. Every Kid Sports does NOT accept documents sent for re-review via email or support ticket.
- Locate your child's qualifying document now and have it ready when it is time to apply.

- you will receive a decision on your application within 5-7 business days.
- Weekends and Holidays are not considered in a business day
- If you apply after 3 pm PST your application will be considered submitted the next business day
