If you need to reset your account password, please follow the steps below:
- Click on “forgot password” in the mobile app or on the online cardholder portal.
- Enter the email associated with your account.
- If the entered email is associated with your account, an email with a link will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email and create a new password (at least 8 characters). This will also bypass any need for a temporary passcode.
- Login to the Chek mobile app or online cardholder portal with your email and new password from the main login screen.

- Your First and Last name
- The email address you used when you applied for the Every Kid Sports Pass
- The reason you are emailing them for support
