Refunds will go back to your Chek card. All payment processors have differing holding periods before the funds are released back to the card.
Before reaching out to Chek support or Every Kid Sports, please check with your league or youth sports organization (YSO) regarding the hold or processing time for your refund. The processor your league using may hold funds for longer if they have rules regarding refunds.
If your league initiated a refund and it has been more than 21 days, please submit a support ticket with Chek's support team at support@chekspend.com.
Every Kid Sports reserves the right to pull back unused funds.
All funds awarded through the Every Kid Sports Pass have an expiration date, this is NOT the date on the debit card. To locate this date please refer back to your approval email.
