Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Chek App.
Delete the Chek App from your phone and reinstall it to ensure you have the latest version available.

If you need to reset your account password, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the Chek App and click the "Forgot password" button.
On a desktop? Click Here to open it in your browser
Step 2: Enter your Email address
Step 3: Open your email for a "Chek - Password Reset Request" email from support@chekspend.com
Step 4: Click the link in your email and set your new password
Step 5: Click the "Return to Login" button
Step 6: Login using your new password
If you are on a mobile device, you will need to exit the webpage and go back to the Chek app

Reach out to support@chekspend.com if you need any additional assistance with your Chek account. Please include the following in your email:
- Your First and Last name
- The email address you used when you applied for the Every Kid Sports Pass
- The reason you are emailing them for support
