If you don't have a qualifying document on hand, here are a few ways to get one:
- Contact your SNAP, WIC, or Medicaid provider and ask them for an active enrollment document for your child.
- Log into your online account for SNAP, Medicaid, or WIC and take a screenshot that shows the program name, your child's name, and active dates within the last 12 months.
- Use your provider's app and take a screenshot that shows the same details — program name, your child's name, and active dates within the last 12 months.
Please note that a physical SNAP, WIC, or Medicaid card will not be accepted.
A few important reminders:
- The document must show your child's name. A document for a parent, guardian, sibling, or other family member will not be accepted unless your child's name is also listed on it.
- Do not alter or edit the document in any way. Altered documents will not be approved and may make all future applications from your household ineligible.
