1. Go to the Every Kid Sports Pass Portal and click "Create Account." Enter your email address and phone number. You will receive a verification code to both. Enter the codes to confirm your email and phone number.
2. Set up your parent profile.
You will be asked to enter
- your full name
- date of birth
- marital status
- gender
- ethnicity
- the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
Don't have a Social Security Number? No problem! Click "No SSN" and enter the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to create your account instead.
3. Your account is ready. You can now add children to your dashboard and get ready to apply.
