Each child must have their own qualifying document. If the document has all the children's names, you can upload the same document to each one of the children. To qualify, the document must show:
- Your child's name
- The program your child is enrolled in (Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC)
- A benefit date within the last 12 months

1. On your child's dashboard card, click "Upload Document." Select the file from your phone or computer. Photos of documents are accepted as long as they are clear and easy to read.
2. Your document will be reviewed instantly. You will see one of the following:
- Accepted. Your document qualifies. You are ready to apply!
- Not Accepted. Something is missing or does not qualify. You will see a note explaining why.
3. Not accepted? Here's what to do. Review the note explaining why your document was not accepted and upload a new document. You also have the option to upload a second document if needed. If you believe your document should be accepted, click "Request Manual Review" to have a member of our team take a look.
Note: Every Kid Sports does NOT accept documents sent for review via email or support ticket.
Good News: You May Not Need to Upload Every Season
Our system tracks when your document expires. If your document is still valid next season, you may not need to upload a new one. Check your dashboard at the start of each season to see what is needed.
