- The transaction amount is greater than the balance of the card.
- Transactions cannot exceed the balance available in your GiveCard digital card.
- The total amount owed, including processing fees and miscellaneous fees, must not exceed the amount awarded

Attempting to use the funds for an unauthorized transaction.
- Awarded funds are exclusively approved for registration payments.
- Attempts to use the funds elsewhere will be declined and can result in losing eligibility for the use of the Every Kid Sports Pass.
- Attempting to transfer funds or pay via Cash App, Venmo, or any personal money-transferring app is not approved.

YSO is set up under another business entity. The transaction can not be approved by GiveCard or Every Kid Sports.
- Funds are only permitted with an official YSO/league business.
- The YSO/league must be set up as such and cannot be part of a personal business account, joint business, or another company.
Attempts to use the funds with an unauthorized vendor can result in funds being remitted from your account and jeopardizing future use of the program.
