The qualifying documentation you have submitted does not fit the qualification criteria. P_EBT, CEP, and Free and Reduced Lunch letters are NOT accepted for the Pass program, as many school districts offer free meals to all their students.
The ONLY exception to using a Free and Reduced lunch letter as a qualifying document is IF the letter specifies that benefits are based on the child currently receiving Medicaid or SNAP benefits. The letter must contain the Child’s name, enrollment date within 12 months, and that the child is currently receiving benefits from Medicaid or SNAP.
Pro Tip:
Find a Medicaid, SNAP or WIC document that was mailed to you or take a screenshot of your benefits portal. Please ensure that the document has your child’s name and a current date within the past 12 months on it.
EXAMPLE OF AN ACCEPTABLE QUALIFYING DOCUMENT:
The Every Kid Sports Pass is a finite resource. If you're able to address the reason for decline, you're welcome to reapply and your application will be added to the back of the queue. Reapplying does not guarantee that you will receive funds.
