How do I download the Chek App?

Download the Chek mobile app (available on iOS and Android)

After downloading the Chek Mobile App:

1. Click on “forgot password” in the mobile app or on the online cardholder portal.
2. Enter the email associated with your account.
3. If the entered email is associated with your account, an email with a link will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email and create a new password (at least 8 characters). This will also bypass any need for a temporary passcode.
4. Login to the Chek mobile app or online cardholder portal with your email and new password from the main login screen.
5. Access your credit card information in the app to complete your registration with your youth sports organization.
