- The Youth Sports Organization (YSO) is not yet an approved vendor by Chek
- Attempting to spend your funds with a new vendor will require a lookup by Chek before approving the transaction.
- The declined transaction with the YSO will prompt Chek to review the vendor.
- Please allow 24-36 hrs before trying a new transaction.
- Do not continue charging the card until you have given it at least 24 hours. Multiple declined transactions could result in an additional hold-up with the league's payment processor or your Chek card.
- Attempting to spend your funds with a new vendor will require a lookup by Chek before approving the transaction.
- The transaction amount is greater than the balance of the card.
- Transactions cannot exceed the balance available in your Chek account.
- The total amount owed, including processing fees and miscellaneous fees, must not exceed the amount awarded
- Work with your league to make a split payment

- Attempting to use the funds for an unauthorized transaction.
- Awarded funds are exclusively approved for registration payments.
- Attempts to use the funds elsewhere will be declined and can result in losing eligibility for the use of the Every Kid Sports Pass.
- Attempting to transfer funds or pay via Cash App, Venmo, or any personal money-transferring app is not approved.
- YSO is set up under another business entity. The transaction can not be approved by Chek or Every Kid Sports.
- Funds are only permitted with an official YSO/league business.
- The YSO/league must be set up as such and cannot be part of a personal business account, joint business, or another company.
Attempts to use the funds with an unauthorized vendor can result in funds being remitted from your account and jeopardizing future use of the program.
